Best of luck to all the club athletes who are making the long trip to London for the Virgin London Marathon 2014.  This year sees the largest contingent of club runners competing in the event.  It has been a long road of training, injury, drink avoidance and blisters but everyone is now packing their bags and packing their carbs ready for Sunday.

The Harriers Hens group have raised over £2600 for the Scottish Cot Death Trust and they cant wait to get going (and finished!)
