CULBIN CAPERS

It was great to see a number of maroon and gold vests at tonight’s Culbin Forest Run where it was warm, flat calm and the midgies seemed to bother a few people but mercifully left me well alone!
I don’t have results to speak of yet, but do know that Donnie MacDonald was second behind Kenny Wilson and would guess that Megan Keith would have been our first female finisher.
Graham Bee would normally also have been a high placer but was last spotted in the start/finish area wearing a pair of very bright long trousers…. nuff said!
A number of our juniors were also running in their shorter events but I don’t yet know how they got on since they started just before the senior race and were hence finished and half way home before I got back!
