Thanks to Highland Hill Runners for a great race and cracking cakes. There were 6 club runners who were brave/stupid enough to take on the Cioch Mhor Hill race today. Not the highest hill around but in todays windy conditions it was a test for anyone. Andy Macrae had a great run to finish 2nd only 15 seconds behind Ross Campbell. Other club runners were Ross Nixon, Lee Ross, Iain Ross (celebrating his birthday), Lindsay Macdonald and Steve Popple. Very tough race but everyone finished with a smile on their face (although it was probably a grimace which had been frozen on by the hail stones and 60 mph wind!)
