UPDATE from Charlie Forbes – IHAACs intrepid reporter from the heat of Dubai!

Jason Maclean picks up bronze medal in the 200mtrs at the Fazza Intl. Meeting at Sharjah In Dubai in a personal best time of 27.42.  He then smashes his pb in 100mtrs finishing 3rd in heat with 12.89, unfortunately he had to pull up 30mtrs out in the final with a hamstring twinge.  This suggests that there is a faster time to come from him. Most important though he has now undergone the international classification process with the Intl Paralympic Committee and his classification T37 confirmed means he is clear for Commonwealth selection as he gained the qualifying times last year.  Well done Jason
