If any Senior men or woman are wishing to run the Scottish National Cross Country Championships on the 23rd of February, can you please forward your name, SAL & date of birth to Donnie Macdonald by this Thursday 31st Jan.  I have no ladies names as of yet and only 4 men. 6 are required for the Men’s team and 4 for the Females.  If you can run, there is a bus organised by the club to take you down and back and it would be fantastic to field a full senior team for the first time in many years.  You can email your details or queries to Donnie here
