This Saturday 5th of January offers a chance for Inverness Harriers to recce the forthcoming Masters Cross Country course at Grant Park, Forres.  Paul Rogan of Forres Harriers is kindly setting up a session at 9am involving laps of the race course and is happy for any North runners to attend.
