More medals

First medal in Gothenburg  Matt Macfarlanne has PB  twice to come 3rd in hammer . Julie Wilson is a double Scottish Masters Champion! Julie won gold over 800m and 1500m today in Aberdeen. Alastair Beaton won 2 silvers in the same event in Aberdeen for the 100m and 200m!

Stephen Mackay has won a bronze medal in the 1500m Sweden. Stephen was in a very physical top seed race with 18 runners. He has not only come away with a bronze medal and a time of 3.51, he has come away with lots of spike marks in his legs! Well done to you all
