Good luck to all club athletes who are donning the gold and maroon vest this weekend.  Dyke 10k should be popular with a flat course and a favourable forecast there should be some PBs under threat on Sunday.

Good News – the cross country season is almost upon us.  Any senior athletes (male or female) wishing to participate in the upcoming district relays in Thurso on Saturday 12th October must inform Ross Nixon as soon as possible as all runners MUST be pre entered.  Junior Athletes should inform their coach.

The first race in the North District XC series is also in Thurso and takes place on Saturday 5th October and it is important the club get off to a good start and field at least 1 team in all categories.  Get in touch with Ross Nixon if you have any Cross Country questions.
