NORTH DISTRICT CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS – DORES
Tomorrow is the biggest day in the winter racing calendar with the club hosting the North District Cross Country Championships at Dores. The course has been improved upon from last years league race and with favourable weather predicted, runners and spectators will be treated to some of the best running and scenery Scotland has to offer.
The event has involved months of planning and organisation and grateful thanks go to Magnus Grant of Clune Farm and Aldourie Estate for granting access to their land. The success of the day still relies heavily on all club athletes bringing along some food for visiting athletes, helpers assisting at Dores Parish Hall, Marshalls helping with course management and all visitors respecting the local area.
The community of Dores are supportive of the event so please ensure that all athletes conduct themselves accordingly and all drivers park responsibly.
