POLE VAULT SESSION WEDNESDAY 28th SEPT.

Brian Donaldson will be holding a PV session this Wednesday it is open to all 9 athletes who attended the previous session with him and Jax.  Be at track warmed up and ready to go by 7pm session will commence at 7 , please message Duncan whether you are available to attend or not.
