Roseisle Trail Race Attracts Club Seniors
The fantastic Moray trail series came to an end on Wednesday with the final Race at Roseisle. This series has been very popular this year and the club congratulates and thanks all those involved in the organisation of these events.
The Roseisle course is fun but tough as the sandy beach makes for a challenging run from the very start. 15 Harriers made the trip to support the race and they were treated to some cracking scenery, warm conditions and hungry midges.
Chris Fife was first across the line for the Harriers with a strong run following a few months out. Neil Grant, Jodie Lynch and Caroline Marwick all ran well in an attempt to shake off the affects of their performances in the Highland Cross.
Billy Skinner, Steve Worseley, Alex Sutherland, Hugh Marwick, Fiona Mackay, Dougie Lamont, Margaret Woodhouse, Lorna Fife, Charlie Jarvie, Averil Lamont and Jennie Lornie made up the strong senior contigent. Well done everyone
